Vendors & Concessions Registration
If you wish to register as a vendor or concession at the 2018 Montreal Highland Games, please fill in the following form. After clicking the "submit" button, you will be prompted to make your payment.
Please note that your registration is not confirmed until we receive payment in full.
2018 PRICE LIST
Concession sites (20' x 20'): $250/each
Table rentals: $15/each
Chair rentals: $5/each
Electrical circuits: $30/each
Our two concession areas are each serviced by an electrical distribution box with standard 120-volt 15-amp circuits. Power should be available by 8 a.m. at the latest on the morning of the Games. If you need power earlier than this time, or have any other special power requirements, please contact our concessions manager as soon as possible. It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide extension cords as needed (up to 100') and to ensure that sufficient circuits are purchased to power all equipment.
The food concession area has access to a manifold providing water brought by food-grade hose. If you need running water directly to your site, you will need to provide your own hose (up to 100') for hookup to this water supply. Please note that no waste water drain is available. All other vendors will have access to a hose elsewhere on the grounds if they wish to fill containers and carry them back to their site.
FOOD SERVICE CONCESSIONS
All concessions serving food will need a permit "Sans but lucratif et événements spéciaux" from the Ministère de l'Agriculture des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation Québec. You can download the form below, or find it on the Ministry's website. There is also an information document from the Ville de Montréal outlining payment options for this permit. Once you have acquired your permit number, please send it to us at email@example.com; we are required to submit all permit numbers to the City before July 25.
